Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 7:30 amβ9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (706) 850-0844. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, cantaritoscafe.com.

I want to give this place 5 stars, but I just can't. The service was above and beyond expectations! Chips and black bean salsa was very good too! Not too salty or full of raw onions, just the way I like it. The drinks were really fun. Although I ordered the Guava latte, I got the chocolate. It was still delicious. Wife had the mango-nada (non-alcoholic version). It was tasty, but the straw was dipped in some kind of fruit paste that made it impossible to drink through unless you chewed the staw to break it lose inside. Maybe it was supposed to be that way? We had chicharrones appetizer with guacamole dip. It was good and not too spicy, but lots of raw onions. I had the Alambres which was pretty good and was even better the next day from leftovers taken home! Th wife had shrimp which was good, but the sauce was not good and the shrimp were drowning in it. There was so much sauce that everything else on the plate went swimming in it too. It did not make for a good lettuce "salad?" dressing. Sadly, it ruined the meal and was thrown away. Our server brought us a desert of a couple crepe-like style. They were good too, but it was another unexpected item for this style re

I went to celebrate my birthday. Excellent choice. Food was really delicious. We had Arepa Reina Pepiada , arepa carne desmechada, lomo saltado, and the loaded cubano. All was 100 stars. Loved the music. Loved the ambiance. I definitely have to come back for the mondongo and the bandeja paisa. What beautiful experience!!!

Weβve been several times and Iβve just forgotten to leave a review until now. Absolutely excellent food. Itβs always so good. The waiters are friendly and w never have to wait long on food. Their lattes are to die for. Iβve gotten their quesabirrias and their arepas as well as the horchata latte and blueberry latte. Everything there is just so good. I plan on somehow trying everything on the menu.

Cantaritos Cafe is a delightful Latinβinspired spot with fresh, flavorful dishes and a welcoming vibe! I loved the hearty breakfast and lunch options β from flavorful chilaquiles and the California A.M. burrito to tasty empanadas and arepas. The service was friendly, and the cozy atmosphere made the meal even better. Everything felt made with care, and I canβt wait to go back and try even more from their diverse menu. Highly recommend for authentic, satisfying Latin cuisine in Athens!

Food was absolutely delicious 100/10 loved every bite. Quesaburria Tacos are to die for! I tried the house margarita; I love that it doesn't taste like sour mix. They have coffee and espresso!! I am a huge fan of Biscoff, so of course, I got the Biscoff hot latte, and it was also amazing. The appetizer was a small cup of soup and we liked the flavor. Laura was amazing! Im so glad we found this place.
